The barn at the Firestone Farm is a 155 year old legacy barn that was moved from the Michigan homestead, where Harvey S. Firestone was born to Columbiana, Ohio. As you can see, they picked an idyllic location, but the barn still needed some work before it could gain back the magnificant charm it once had and become a useful space once again.
Though the barn inspired artists and historians alike, it was clear work needed to be done. And so Jeremy Mackall, owner of the Firestone Farms housing development and Firestone Farms Town Centre, reached out to The Hartville Barn Boys to see what can be done.
The entire renovation project has been featured on an episode of Restoration Road with Clint Harp.
If you look for the location on Google Maps, you can even see that Google drove by, just to see how construction was going while the Hartville Barn Boys were on site. You can view even more gallery pictures below.
